Domaine A. Berthet‑Rayne – Cairanne Blanc Cuvée Castel Mireio 2024

Castel Mireio 2024 is another beautiful reminder of how strong the whites from Cairanne can be. In the glass, the wine shows a golden hue, warm and inviting.

The blend — mainly Roussanne and Clairette — delivers a very floral bouquet with white peach, mirabelle and quince. Afterwards, gentle barrique notes appear, adding depth without overpowering the fruit.

On the palate, the wine offers a great balance between minerality and ripe fruit. It’s complex, structured and clearly built with great potential for the coming years.

Another excellent white from Cairanne — and a domaine that continues to impress.
