Domaine Rostaing – Côte‑Rôtie La Landonne 2006

La Landonne 2006 was the perfect bottle for a homecoming weekend. In the glass, the wine shows a deep red color and opens with complex aromas of roasted and smoked meat, pepper and black raspberry.

On the palate, the wine is remarkably elegant, supported by fine tannins and a beautiful mineral touch. A subtle acidity keeps everything fresh and balanced, while the wine remains full of character and depth.

The finish is long‑lasting and refined, showcasing the maturity and class of this great Côte‑Rôtie. Served in a Riedel Black Tie Sommelier glass, it delivered exactly the experience one hopes for from a mature La Landonne.

A great wine from a great estate.

Cheers!
