Semi‑Carbo 2023 from Domaine Val de l'Orme is a charming young Lirac made from 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah. The wine opens with a fruity nose showing cherry and a hint of framboise, bright and inviting.

On the palate, it is elegant and smooth — clearly a young wine, but already balanced and enjoyable. The 14.5% alcohol is well integrated, supporting the fruit without dominating. A gentle minerality carries the wine toward a clean, pleasant finish.
